I'm Baaaaaaaack......for good!

Well, it looks like I'm here to stay in Montana. After 6 years, I'm ready to embrace being a full-time Montana woman! Easier said than done. Don't worry, I'm not getting a shmullet anytime soon! (shmullet~ noun: a female version of the mullet) We are in the last stages of purchasing our house, which has been a 6 month ordeal. Short sale is such an oxymoron! I'm ready to feather my Montana nest. I will finally give away my silk palm trees I brought here from Arizona much to my husband's delight! Stay tuned for the saga of us remodeling a house with 4 boys ages 4 to 13! I'm sure there will be several trips to the ER!!!

Been Awhile!

I don't think anyone reads this...so this is kind of like a private therapy session minus the bill! I am surviving a Montana summer! The sun doesn't ever seem to set! My 4 boys are full of energy all day, and I feel like a tour guide taking them from place to place to keep them entertained! I just need to send them outside and lock the doors! I might take them huckleberry picking today to make them earn their keep! (evil laugh)

Merry Christmas! I just survived Christmas with "the men"! I can't complain...my husband cooked and did the dishes! We had a traditional Christmas goose, stuffing, Yorkshire Pudding, roasted potatoes and parsnips, cranberries and brussel sprouts! Wow! I'm stuffed and tired! My youngest crawled into bed with us at 3 a.m. ready for Christmas! We held him off until 6 a.m.....but the other boys were up by then! Yikes! It has been such a blessing to watch our boys grow and mature over the years. We look forward to many more Christmases with them!
